You are a match, if you:

• Have at least 5-10 years of experience in district heating system design, planning, or operations. 
• Have a deep understanding of hydraulics and thermodynamics.
• Have experience in district energy modeling and simulation.
• Are a self-motivated and organized technical manager.
• Have a business development mindset and excellent communication skills in English.
• Possess a master's degree in energy systems, process engineering, mechanical engineering, or any other relevant field.
  

• Have native or well-developed Finnish language skills or native skills in Swedish or German.
• Are familiar with using Network Information Systems and GIS systems.
