Your role
We seek an Energy System Analyst to join our versatile Fluidit Heat team. You will support complex district energy system modeling projects and digital twin development for energy and utilities companies in Finland and in the broader European market.
You will perform simulations and analytics, and work closely with clients to plan, enhance, and optimize their district energy systems. You will also support our technical product development and documentation team.
With us, you will learn from the best and become an expert modeler. You will build a strong skillset to perform customer onboarding and training activities independently and as part of our broader team.

Who you are
- You have at least 2 years of hands-on full-time experience in district energy modeling and simulation.
- You can demonstrate a deep understanding of hydraulics and thermodynamics.
- You are driven to become an expert in digital twin modeling solutions (real-time, forecast, etc.
- You have a minimum of a Master's degree in energy systems, process
engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related engineering
discipline.
- You communicate effectively in both team environments and with clients.
- You have excellent written and verbal English.
- You are a self-motivated and diligent person.
- You are sociable and natural when working with clients.
- You actively seek opportunities to develop and challenge yourself.
- Have native or well-developed Finnish language skills, or have native proficiency in Swedish or German.
- Have competency in programming (Python, Java) and advanced data analytics.
- Can demonstrate a strong business mindset to support our sales and customer success team.
