Your role
Fluidit was founded in 2016 and has been growing steadily and sustainably ever since. We have already entered international markets in over 20 countries and are consolidating our go-to-market efforts.
We are now seeking an experienced People & Admin Manager to help us scale our core internal functions and, most importantly, support our valued employees and our management team. With over 30% annual growth in turnover, we are now scaling up our business with our current versatile team of approximately 30 employees. The team is projected to grow steadily to 50 professionals over the next few years, which will require smart processes and a people-centric approach.

About the position:
People & Admin Manager
You can work in the Helsinki or Tampere regions, Finland.
We offer a permanent full-time position with a hybrid work environment.
Immediate start available.
Our working language is English, but fluent Finnish is required.
Your role can be as diverse as you are. We want our teams to represent a broad range of backgrounds and experiences.
You report to the COO.
In your role, you will support the Fluidit Management Team and all our employees in a variety of aspects, including, but not limited to, the four themes:
1) Organization & HR Development
Develop and maintain internal HR practices, processes, and tools to ensure an outstanding service level internally and externally.
Coordinate our employer branding initiatives and recruitment processes.
Coordinate the development of our company culture and employee experience in all aspects of our work.
Support the executive team with legal matters.
Develop and manage a professional development framework.
Help develop KPIs and monitoring for different segments of our organization.
2) Financial & Commercial
Support the CEO with financial aspects, documentation, and communication.
Support the preparation of contracts, tenders, and related commercial documents.
3) General Administration
Support the executives and the management team with a wide range of general admin functions.
Plan and organize our internal well-being activities and monthly and annual routines.
Arrangements for various business trips, exhibitions, etc.
4) Marketing Coordination
Support the COO with marketing coordination, campaign implementation, and document management.
Support our customer success functions.
Collaborate with our external marketing partners.

Who you are
You have at least 10 years of hands-on experience in HR and versatile Admin roles, with a proven track record of coordinating and executing plans and processes from grassroots initiatives to the strategic level.
You can demonstrate a deep understanding of workplace dynamics and social psychology and leverage it to create an inspiring workplace where our team thrives.
You communicate clearly and effectively in English and Finnish, both verbally and in writing.
You are a self-motivated and diligent person, no matter the level of difficulty of the tasks at hand.
You actively seek opportunities to develop and challenge yourself.
Can demonstrate a strong business mindset to support our customer success functions.
You have at least a Master's degree in a related discipline.
