About the Job

• Senior Stormwater Engineer
• Project management and leadership responsibilities are adjusted based on your experience.
• Helsinki or Tampere, Finland, but we are open to discussing other locations.
• Full-time, permanent, hybrid.

As Senior Stormwater Engineer, you will:

• Participate in exciting pilot projects for stormwater, flooding, and combined sewer system simulation and digital twin implementation.
• Coordinate unique city-wide model development projects for the leading cities and water utilities in Finland and abroad.
• Participate in our software solutions development by inputting your in-depth know-how from the sector.
  
• Actively collaborate with our customers to help them adopt modern ways to manage their complex stormwater systems.

You are a match, if you:

• Are a self-motivated, curious, and organized person with leadership aspirations.
• Have at least 4-10 years of experience working on stormwater or sewer system planning and design projects.
  
• Have several years of experience in project management and direct customer liaison.
• Understand urban hydrology, hydraulics, and principles of stormwater and flood modeling.
• Excellent Finnish and English language skills.
  
• Possess a master's degree in a relevant field.
  

• You are already well-connected within the Finnish water sector.
• Have strong stormwater modeling experience
